All Personal Instructor / Training Sessions are 1 Hour Long

  • Single Instructor Session:                       £60
  • Booking of 6 Trainer sessions:          £55 per training session
  • Booking of 10 Trainer sessions:       £50 per training session 
  • Online 12 week personal fitness training plan (completely individualised, available for any location, and includes extensive Skype support):         £155
  • Pro Fitness / Fitness Me also have a special offer for fitness fanatics wanting 4 or more 1 hour sessions per week (please contact us for further details)
